Questions We Hear
Most Often
Do you photograph weddings outside Dhaka?
Yes - Sylhet, Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, and anywhere in Bangladesh. Travel beyond Dhaka is arranged for you and billed transparently in your proposal before you commit to anything.
What is the booking process?
A signed agreement and a 50% retainer are required to reserve your date exclusively. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding.
Payment methods: Bank transfer, bKash, or cash.
Can we customise a package?
Absolutely. Every wedding is different, and your package can be customised based on your event count, timeline, guest size, and priorities.
What happens if Kazi isn't available?
If Kazi Mushfiq is unavailable, you can choose one of our Senior Photographer Collections, photographed by experienced members of the Reels & Stories team under his creative direction. If you'd like Kazi personally, we recommend booking early.
Can we upgrade after the booking?
Yes. You can request Kazi Mushfiq specifically, subject to his availability on your selected date(s).
How long does it take to receive the final delivery?
We understand the excitement of seeing your photographs. Final delivery is typically completed within 8 weeks for photos & 12 weeks for the videos, with a curated preview of 20–30 images shared within 7 days of your wedding. Every image is carefully edited to ensure the highest quality and a timeless finish.
